Study Visa

  • Canada: 6.0+ (each band)
  • Australia: 5.5–6.5 overall

The IELTS exam fee in India in 2026 is approximately ₹17,000 (INR). This may vary slightly by test centre (IDP or British Council). The fee covers all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

There is no limit on how many times you can take IELTS. The exam is offered up to 48 times a year in India. Your best score is valid for 2 years.

For Canada PR via Express Entry, you need a minimum CLB 7 (which is approximately 6.0 in each IELTS band). For maximum CRS points, aim for CLB 9 (7.5–8.0 in each band).
