Can I Switch to a Skilled Worker Visa?
Yes, absolutely. One of the most powerful features of the Graduate Route is that it allows you to switch to a Skilled Worker visa from within the UK without leaving the country. Here is how:
- Find a job with a Home Office-approved sponsor employer.
- The role must be at RQF Level 3 or above and meet the minimum salary threshold (£26,200 per year or the going rate for the role, whichever is higher).
- Your employer issues a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
